What pre pitched camping means
We set up the tents before guests arrive, then share clear pitch and arrival information so everyone can find their spot quickly. This option is designed for groups who want the camping experience, but do not want the organiser burden of sourcing kit, transport, and setup.
Guests are given everything they need to arrive, unpack, and settle in. The camping area is laid out in advance, clearly mapped, and ready to use from the agreed arrival time.

All tents include a groundsheet and interior lighting. Bedding and sleep packs are confirmed under Guest packing list and Add-ons below.
How booking can work
Most groups prefer one host booking for the full accommodation setup, especially for weddings and private weekends. For some RL managed sites and selected event weekends, a guest self-booking approach can be used under Guest booking model. We recommend the simplest approach based on headcount, venue rules, and timelines.
If ticket-based, the process is:
- Purchase a camping ticket for each guest aged 12 and over
- Add your tent size as an add-on
- Add parking and any optional extras under Add-ons
Children under 12 may be free depending on the event rules.
Toilets, showers, and infrastructure
Some venues have everything you need. Others need additional infrastructure. We confirm what you are using and what needs adding under Infrastructure options. We keep this practical and specific, including access, servicing, and wet weather considerations.
What guests should bring
We share a full guest packing list ahead of arrival. The essentials are below. Sleep pack add-ons can be confirmed at booking if guests prefer not to bring bedding.
